A mother who got pregnant before marriage, Cheng Dafen, 23 years old, makes a living by selling spicy hot pot in Chongqing with her 5-year-old daughter Cheng Xiaobao. The mother and daughter depend on each other for survival. Due to Cheng Dafen's naive view of love, she was deceived by a scammer and lost the 50,000 yuan that she had painstakingly saved. Life finally taught her that perhaps the most important thing is neither love nor money, but the person who cares about her by her side.
