"Emraa min Ward" weaves a tale around Fatima, a rose farmer residing in the picturesque yet formidable Jabal Akhdar mountains of Oman. In an unprecedented move, she becomes the first woman to embrace this profession, cultivating roses amidst the rugged terrain that serves as a poignant metaphor for her own life. The film beautifully traces her journey as a young widow who resiliently takes up her late husband's farm to provide for her family. Defying societal expectations and gender norms, Fatima courageously pursues her dreams against all odds, eventually emerging as an emblem of hope and resilience, mirroring the blossoming of a rose amid the challenging mountainscape.
