What are the most formidable challenges inherent to the profession of filmmaking?

In my opinion, after finding a good producer, the most difficult challenge for an animation filmmaker is to find a good and committed team

Could you elaborate on the wellspring of your creative inspiration for this particular short film?

Children have always been a source of inspiration for me and that they have no boundaries for friendship and are always victims of selfishness and wars caused by adults due to selfishness and greed.

Could you elucidate on the central thematic underpinning of your film?

I wish for world peace for everyone, like the children of a world without hatred and without war, which I hope will be realized soon.

How do you navigate the task of strategizing cost-effective promotional efforts when operating within a constrained budget?

The budget for animation in Iran is very limited, and directors often use their personal income to make work, and they face a lot of difficulties in advertising and broadcasting the film, but the love and interest in making animation is enjoyable despite the difficulties.

In today's dynamic marketplace, how pivotal do you consider the role of film distribution?

Distributing the film and doing it right is very effective in seeing the film. And to find a good broadcaster for this, which is very difficult for a country like Iran despite the sanctions

For individuals contemplating the path of self-distribution, what counsel or insights can you offer?

Be sure to distribute your movie with an experienced distributor and be patient

In your estimation, what level of significance do short films hold for aspiring filmmakers seeking to embark on a career in directing?

Short film or short animation is a genre in cinema and it is a very important genre. And the fact that the filmmaker can convey his message to the audience in the best possible way in a short time is a skill

Reflecting on your professional journey thus far, could you share an instance of the most formidable challenge you encountered and how you surmounted it?

Sometimes, when an idea comes to my mind and I want to turn it into a film, I may be a little confused in developing its story at first. Brainstorming and talking with my friends is very helpful for me, and watching short films and animations from famous filmmakers in the world.

What, in your view, are the critical factors that contribute to the creation of a cinematic masterpiece?

For animations, having a good and pure idea – good directing – and choosing a technique that suits the story are very effective in creating a good animation

If you could revisit the inception of your career, are there any aspects or decisions you would choose to alter in hindsight?

Regarding the animation, if I had more budget for the production, I could have a better output about the final sequence. For my other works in the future, I will try my best to find better ideas that have a global theme and challenge.
