The short film Tiam written and directed by Samaneh Rad is among the official competition titles of Moscow Shorts Film Festival.
Moscow Shorts (ISFF) is an international short film festival, with In-Person Screenings in Moscow and other cities in Russia. Moscow Shorts is the first short film festival in Russia that held monthly screenings in a cinema theatre.
Synopsis: 7-year-old Tiam is an only child. His birth was a surprise for his parents, who are on the verge of separating, mostly because of all their arguing about their unwanted son. Tiam knows his parents do not want him and he is heartbroken and angry. He comes up with a plan to set himself free.
